What the day will look like Growth and Business ResultsContribute in achieving Health Solutions Budget and SPTI target by strict adherence to Renewal Plan Management and booking process based on milestone dates and metric.For global accounts - adherence to GBoR renewal metrics.Ensure completeness of pre-renewal documents prior to RFP.Fully support collaboration with the advisory/BD/talent and advisory teams to drive growth through upselling and cross selling activities.Client OwnershipDeveloping client relationships positively influencing client retention by at least 95%.Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.Operational ExcellenceEnsure adherence to Aon Broker's Guide and achieve compliance with Operational Excellence and Data Management KPIs.Adhere to Client Service Plan/SLA by accurate and timely delivery of cards, medex, underwriting decisions and endorsements.Adherence to invoice management (complete, accurate and timely invoice) - overdue renewals, booking TAT and zero un-invoiced transactions.Adherence to TBS requirements (UAT and plan management - updated every renewal based on agreed metric).Adherence to e-filing system following ABG requirements.Timely update of TRS and target of at least 65% for external.Timely feedback on client queries.How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Account Broker at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.
