Equus Software is looking for a Salesforce and HubSpot Specialist to help take sales and marketing initiatives to the next level.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot and Excel, along with a solid understanding of inbound marketing methodologies.
Position SummaryThis role is responsible for all things data visibility, dashboarding, reporting and continuous improvement - helping to transform marketing data into insights that will help transform opportunities into actionable sales deals.
In this role, you will be building and supporting solutions related to Salesforce and HubSpot functionality and data, as well as be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support revenue growth for the company.
US Shift from 19:00 - 4:00 am Philippine Standard Time ResponsibilitiesOptimize and enhance our Salesforce and HubSpot enterprise platforms to meet the evolving needs of the sales and marketing teams.Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows and automations to support inbound strategies and goals. Work with teams to innovate and continuously improve.Develop multiple executive Salesforce dashboards to provide insights at-a-glance among accounts, opportunities and revenue.Integrate lead management between HubSpot and Salesforce to increase sales opportunities.Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.Perform regular administration tasks for Salesforce and HubSpot such as data cleansing/cleanup, data import/export, and data quality/integrity verification.RequirementsMinimum of 2+ years' experience as a HubSpot and Salesforce Administrator, with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, configuration, and best practices.Proficient in English Language (written and verbal).Proficient in using Salesforce Enterprise and HubSpot Marketing Hub.Experience with Google Analytics (tracking into HubSpot, ads reporting, etc.)Proficient with data manipulation and reporting, using charts and advanced features of Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
