Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex and Lightning Components.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party applications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications using standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
• Perform regular Salesforce administration tasks including system configuration, user roles and permissions, and data management.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce functionality and limitations.
Qualifications: • Technical Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including declarative features (flows, process builder), security, and data modeling.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Analytical & Collaborative Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven experience working closely with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have: • Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
