As a Sales Training Lead, you will: Be responsible for overseeing the client organization's training and development requirements. In collaboration with the Sales Enablement Manager, identify, develop and implement relevant programs for every role in the organization Manage training class and facilitate communication and coordination within teams; Monitor assessments and performance of trainees and check tests; and Provide reports related to learning and training including, but not limited to, compliance to mandatory courses and performance statistics. Source the most appropriate training and development provider according to the needs of the organization Do you have what it takes to become a Sales Trainer?
