Qualifications:

At least 1 year of training experience in a call center environment handling a sales related program or line of business
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Articulate and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in the use of PC applications, Gmail, and Google Business applications as well as Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, time management, planning, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
Ability to work across multiple departments
Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours
Knowledge of adult learning techniques, instructional design concepts for computer-based training
