We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and summarize data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and internal reports. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information. Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives. Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights. Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives. Support the sales team with the development of sales materials and presentations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
