The **Sales Supervisor** is responsible for managing all Account Development Specialists within the assigned area. The Supervisor ensures that all ADS deployed are well-trained and is responsible for driving the team's sales performance to achieve set revenue, profitability and customer service targets.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred- Two (2) years' experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field- Demonstrated and proven sales results.- Strong negotiation skills- Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity- Willing to be assigned in **Camarines Sur**:- Can start **IMMEDIATELY****Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:All customers are required to wear mask
