Sales Supervisor / Fulltime/Pampanga/Urgent

Job Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in sales Graduate of a BA or BS degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably has experience working in real estateResponsibilities: Supervise the sales activities of the assigned region or group of accounts and projects, ensuring targets are met for each project. Provide a summary and assessment of problem areas, bottlenecks, and issues adversely affecting sales performance. Implement solutions within the scope of authority, unless the issues involve marketing policy. Prepare weekly sales status reports in both text and graphical form, detailing product sales in terms of reserved, sold, under documentation, and completion of sales requirements for reference by the Sales Supervisor. Oversee the field activities of brokers and sales agents, implementing systems that minimize travel while maximizing market response.Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 40,000Benefits: Government-mandated benefits and HMOSchedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)Work Location: Angeles, Pampanga (Main Office)
