Job Description As a Sales & Software Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling booking management, offering software support, and providing training. You'll also assist in setting up new accounts, ensure optimal platform performance, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment. Every day, you'll help customers and clients get the most out of their experience with us.
