Sales Settlement Analyst

Job Description: Ensure that all sales documents are encoded and analyzed on a regular basis. Report any discrepancies.Respond to client inquiries with research and provide answers in an appropriate amount of time.Maintain documentation files and periodically prepare reports (Deviation, Unsettled Shortages, etc.).Monitor Sales Personnel submission of documents and ensure compliance with existing policies.Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.Provide financial advice to the sales team for proper documentation and minimize, if not eliminate, control risk.Participate in process improvement projects and support other management directives.Initiate control measures in all aspects of settlement transactions and activities.Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.Attend to other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy.At least 1-3 years of work experience in the related field is required.Area Assignment: San Mateo, RizalCebuDavao
