Our Sales Operations Associate will join the Technogym team in championing wellness and bringing the world's leading designer of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and solutions to Southeast Asian homes and sports centers. As our Sales Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Technogym sales team and ensuring efficient sales operations for our clients. At Technogym, we value a customer-centric approach, efficient operations, and a collaborative work environment. You will contribute to the success of our sales by providing administrative support, coordinating logistics, managing CRM activities, and optimizing the sales team's schedules. Your ability to handle clients professionally and support the team's objectives will be key to our growth and success.
What you will be doing: Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks to streamline sales operations, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records. Take on administrative tasks from the sales team to free up their time for client interactions. Logistics and Coordination: Manage delivery and logistics processes, ensuring timely shipment of products to clients. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. Quotation Preparation and CRM Management:Prepare quotations for potential clients using Technogym's CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to review and discuss quotations with clients during meetings. Update all activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Appointment Setting and Schedule Optimization : Maximize the sales team's productivity by setting up appointments and optimizing their schedules. Coordinate with the sales team to book appointments and meetings in the same location to minimize travel time and maximize client interactions. Sales Support and SOP Adherence:Provide support to the sales team as needed, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring adherence to sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and achieve sales objectives. What will set you up for success: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a genuine desire to help people and provide the best solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities. Proficiency in using Technogym's CRM system (Salesforce) or willingness to learn. Interest in fitness and an active lifestyle is a plus but not a requirement. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup, with flexibility to be on-site as needed.
