Sales Officer - Manufacturing

Creates Sales Order (SO) following the procedure and policies in the processing of
SO
Set the Daily Operations Meeting with the Operations Manager and the rest of the
Operations Team and selected other departments' representativesare delayedsample requests, order status follow-ups and work with other members of the sales,Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments to satisfy customer needsrequirements i.e., change of depot, change of Business name, contacts,documentation and other customized requirements before delivery
Coordinate with customers about pick-up/delivery schedules and notify if shipments
Respond promptly to all matters relating to customer requests including deliveries,
Maintain and update the Master Customer List with regards to customer delivery
Process sales invoices and delivery receipts
