Qualifications & experience
Proven experience as a Sales Manager.Willingness to travel and having a personal vehicle is a plus.Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
Tasks & responsibilities
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.Defining and executing territory sales plans.
