Sales Manager

Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
? At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
? Critical thinker; above average selling skills.

Job Description:
? Will sell hotel, restaurant, food chains, convenience stores beverage and food equipment.
? Can establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quota.
? Reviews progress of Sales roles throughout the Company.
? Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
? Can develop field Sales action plans.
? Formulates all Sales policies, practices and procedures.
? Assists Sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision
makers.
? Educates Sales Team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and
growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation
strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales report, management of expenses
and business/financial issues on contracts.

? Salary Range: 30k-40k
