POSITION: SALES MANAGER WORK LOCATION: QUEZON CITY WORK SCHEDULE: (M-F / 8:15AM – 6:15PM)
Salary range for this requirement is: Php61,000-75,000 / month.
(SALARY OF THE CANDIDATE WILL DEPENDS ON HIS QUALIFICATIONS)
QUALIFICATIONS: 10 years in Sales Management preferably in a related retail industry (heavy equipment/industrial or automotive)In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniquesStrong working knowledge of the company products and competitive products and the marketExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skillsManage sales teams and maintain operationsOutline and manage sales budgetsSet quarterly and annual sales goalsMotivate the sales teams to achieve their goalsMonitor the market and competitor products and activitiesProvide detailed sales forecastingReview customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
