As the company's Sales Management Assistant, you are responsible for:

Assist Sales Management Supervisor in gathering Purchase Order and processing into the computer system in order to generate Sales Order particularly Provincial Accounts
Prepared weekly summary of all unserved/pending Purchase Order
Monitors arrival of stocks at Kolin Centrral Warehouse
Send and confirm processed Purchase Orders to Kolin Central Warehouse
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time


To be a Sales Management Assistant, you must be:

Graduate of any Business Course
Has at least 1 year experience in any related field
Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications such as Word/Excel and Powerpoint
Willing to be assigned in GUADALUPE NUEVO, MAKATI CITY
