A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for a company. Their role involves understanding customer needs, presenting products or services, and closing deals.

Work schedule : Monday-Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Sales Presentations & Meetings:
- Arrange meetings with clients to showcase product or service offerings.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
Negotiating & Closing Deals:
- Develop customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Close deals and ensure all contracts are signed and agreed upon.
Building Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer retention.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts, progress toward sales targets, and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and deal progress in the company's CRM system.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset.
