DescriptionSetting sales quotas and goals.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.Develop local customers, maintain customers.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar.1-3 years or more of sales experience.Preferably in the same sales or customer direction procurement, with own customer resources or customer service procurement resources.Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.Willing to work in Metro Manila and surrounding areas, short-distance business trips.Working LocationEmployee Recognition and RewardsPerformance Bonus
