Details of the offer

Task:· Daily reporting of sales updates (SO monitoring) direct email to top management, sales department & PM's
· Issuance of sales order in SAP system· Receiving of purchase order from dealer
· Text file needed from 3PL (OMNI)· Monitoring of dispatched reports coming from 3PL (OMNI)
· Encoding of served & unserved purchase order· Coordinates delivery concerns to branch managers
· Monitoring of inventory & new arrival stock from warehouse· Monitors approved memos re: dealer pricing & free item
· Monitoring of unposted documents & delivery status during month ends· Collates & file important documents (approved purchase orders & memos)
Qualification:· Graduate of any four year business or technology course
· At least 1 year experience in Sales and / or Marketing role, preferably in the consumer electronics and/or home appliance industrySalary Range:
· Php18,000.00 – 20,000.00
