Sales Engineer

• Must be an Engineering Graduate (Licensed Civil Engineer is Preferred)
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Experience in the Construction industry or other related fields.
• Must be self-starter dedicated to works and a good team player.
• The Sales Engineer is responsible in expanding the Engineering Works, Project Management and Property Management Product Mix of the company.
• The SE is also responsible in creating the costing of the project.
• The SE will also prepare the rates and proposal for submission to existing and potential client.
• The SE will conduct the product presentation to potential clients.
• He/She must coordinate with the Sales Manager on potential projects and ongoing projects.
• He/She will attend bidding.
• Negotiate sales: Closing of sales
• Sales activities: Prospecting, Cold Calling and Product Presentation.
• At least two (2) years experience in Construction Business
