1. Leadership and Growth of the Sales Team - As Sales Director, the role will be the driving force behind a high-performing sales team. The role involves not just leading but also expanding the team. Key Qualifications:
Senior Management Experience - At least 5 years in Senior Sales Leadership role in the FMCG industry, with exposure to world-class or international FMCG.Nationwide Expansion Capability - Proven track record in previous roles.Willingness to Travel - Nationwide availability.Change Management Skills - Experience in implementing technology or process initiatives.Hyper-Growth Exposure - Experience in a +40% growth environment annually and/or leading a company to signigicant increases in Revenue.Education - MBA or similar preferred
