Job Description: Leads in formulating and implementing strategies to generate salesManages and monitors team performanceBe able to recruit property specialists to complete team manpower requirementShould meet required sales quota every monthIdentify and approach potential clients to generate leadsConduct thorough client consultations to understand their property needs and preferencesPrepare and process necessary documentation and contractsJob Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or with at least 72 units in college)Experience in Sales, Marketing, or other related fieldsAccredited Salesperson/ Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plusExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsDemonstrated experience as a Sales Director in a property development company
