Position Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Job Type: Full-time | 8am-5pm Eastern Time Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by sourcing new leads, loading contacts into our CRM, running targeted email campaigns, and executing cold calls to generate qualified sales opportunities / meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Sourcing & Contact Management: Identify, research, and source potential leads using online tools, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google). • Load sourced leads into the company's CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and segmentation. • Maintain and update lead information regularly to ensure up-to-date contact records. • Email Campaigns: Execute and monitor outbound email campaigns aimed at generating interest and nurturing leads. • Personalize email outreach to targeted prospects, leveraging company messaging and product/service offerings. • Track and report on email campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on open rates, click-through rates, and responses. • Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to engage prospects, introduce the company's products or services, and qualify leads. • Handle objections effectively and schedule meetings or product demos with the appropriate sales team members. • Maintain call records and track interactions in the CRM for accurate follow-up and pipeline management. • Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align prospecting efforts with ongoing campaigns. • Prioritize high-value prospects and ensure efficient follow-up through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn). • Reporting & Analysis: Keep detailed records of interactions, responses, and progress in the CRM system. • Regularly report on outreach activity, lead generation metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Suggest improvements to the outreach process based on data insights and campaign performance. RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in a B2B environment). • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and lead sourcing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, LinkedIn). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in lead follow-up. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze campaign data and suggest actionable improvements. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. • Personality Traits: Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
