JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative: • Proactively identify and research potential leads using various channels, including social media, email, and cold calling. • Engage prospects through personalized outreach efforts, primarily through direct messaging on social media and engagement with prospects' profiles, but also follow up through email and phone calls. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and identifying how our clients can add value. • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline management using CRM software. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and sales messaging. • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach volume, qualified leads generated, and meeting quotas. Qualifications as a Sales Development Representative: • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (previous SDR experience is a plus). • Excellent (C1 or C2) English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with prospects. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on leads promptly. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., High-level, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus. • Detail and task-focused. • Resilient, proactive, and able to handle rejection positively. • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
