Responsibilities Strategic Market Research & Lead Generation: Lead market research efforts to identify high-potential clients within English-speaking markets, using advanced strategies to target key sectors.
Sales Leadership & Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Client Relationship Management & Expansion: Build and sustain strong, strategic relationships with key B2B clients. Identify opportunities for expanding existing accounts and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Sales Presentations, Negotiations & Closures: Lead high-stakes sales presentations, manage complex negotiations, and close significant deals that drive business growth.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
Reporting & Strategic Insights: Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and forecasts to the executive team, providing insights to inform strategic business decisions
Job requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the US, APAC, or EMEA markets. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth.
Exceptional networking abilities, with an established network within the industry and strong proficiency with CRM software.
Fluency in English, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive and strategic thinker, with a strong ability to work independently, lead teams, and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
