Brief The Sales/Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our Dutch clients within English-speaking markets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive growth.

Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation: The specialist will identify potential clients within English-speaking markets through targeted research and networking.
Sales Strategy Execution: The individual will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: The role requires establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: The specialist will conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaboration: The individual will work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.
Reporting: Regular reporting on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team is expected.
Job requirements Qualifications 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the US, APAC or EMEA market, is required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong networking abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential.
Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently and remotely.
Able to adapt to different industries and quickly learn about new products/services is important.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
