Sales Associate

Qualifications: College graduate (4-year degree) in any field Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience Experience in the banking, financial, or fintech industry (experience at any bank is acceptable) Background in Merchant Acquiring is a plus Must be willing to travel and visit different bank branches for field work No active loans or credit issues Work Arrangement: 90% field work, 10% work from home Job Summary: Associate (Small Merchants) Responsible for meeting the needs and addressing the concerns of assigned merchants Assist with company promotions and projects Identify, search, and evaluate potential merchants for partnership and portfolio building within assigned areas Monitor and review actual billings versus targets, and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to division and group management Conduct field visits within designated areas Promote and sell bank products (excluding credit cards) Engage in lead generation and client acquisition
