Sales And Marketing Officer - Makati

Salary Range 25,000-35,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
? Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning
solution sales strategies
? Work through leads to Sales on CRM
? Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
? Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.

? Enhance the company's branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Var-
ious online platforms and/or offline channels

? Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
? Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
? Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

? Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfac-
tion

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
? Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
? IT and HR background is a plus
