Sales And Marketing Manager

1.Regular visit with dealers, existing customers and potential customers to maintain and ensure healthy customer – supplier relationship.2.Communication of customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.3.Receiving and coordination of all sales inquiries of assigned area in line with the company's sales policies.4.Ensure all programs for dealers and customers are well-implemented and in accordance to guidelines set.5.Implement and monitor budgeted and approved sales and marketing activities to ensure optimization of cost to targeted incremental sales volume.6.Monitor the different strategies in execution to ensure goals are met.7.Submit report of sales targets and accomplishments in a timely manner.
