Job DescriptionThe job holder is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company by developing distribution channels and executing marketing programs and activities to support sales efforts. This includes recommending marketing projects and programs to launch new products and promote sales opportunities, as well as gathering information from the sales team on competitive activities and formulating counter strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support and Pipeline Review Coordination:Organizes Monthly Pipeline Review; coordinates availability of monthly pipeline reports of Sales Team members for presentation. Keeps records of Pipeline Report notes and To Dos for each Management Pipeline Review (MPR) attendee.Prepares and maintains reports including Minutes of Meeting (MOM) statistics, To Do lists, and performs analysis to improve processes or provide input for performance evaluations.Keeps track of leads given to Sales, their status, and contact details.Recommends Marketing Campaigns in coordination with the GM and Sales Team by formulating marketing letters and utilizing social media to reach out to prospects.Makes presentations on new trends in digital marketing and sales strategies based on webinars and research.Conducts periodic surveys to customers regarding service quality and effectiveness.Partner Relations:Communicates with principals on product updates, pricing, and support as directed by the GM.Coordinates with IT partners for timely product updates and support.Branding and Marketing:Handles implementation of marketing activities approved by Management.Monitors marketing activities and gathers statistics to measure effectiveness.Updates management on the status and results of marketing activities.Responsible for website updates and monitoring traffic to attract new customers.Keeps abreast of local news impacting major customers and targeted industries.Events Management:Initiates and manages staging of events as directed by the GM and sales team.Prepares and oversees the annual budget for events and marketing materials.Handles logistics and arrangements for company events.Accreditation:Prepares accreditation documents required by clients.Maintains records of accreditation expiry periods and coordinates renewal activities.Assists clients in completing vendor accreditation documents.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Support or Marketing, preferably in an IT Sales organization.Proficient in Excel.Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.Able to write articles and press releases.Experience in digital media, including websites and LinkedIn.Possesses great initiative.Working LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
