Responsibilities Sales Support – Collaborate with the sales team to prepare materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our service to clients. Market Research – Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis to support sales strategy development. Database Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and contracts in our CRM system. Reporting – Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Documentation – Prepare and distribute contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation in accordance with company policies and client requirements. Coordination – Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls between clients and sales representatives, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and informed. Collaboration – Work closely with the sales leader, finance, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests. Common Tasks:
WC codes: Receive worker's compensation code requests from the sales team, confirm or correct the code, determine the WC burden, and load into Bold. Service Agreements: Receive Service Agreement criteria from salesperson, generate service agreement to reflect payment terms, conversion hours, positions, and markups. Send completed agreement to customer/salesperson. Credit Checks: Receive Credit information from salesperson and input data into the system to determine credit worthiness. Target Lists: Conduct market research to identify targets that meet the ideal customer profile and create target lists with contact and general company information. CRM monitoring: Monitor workflows in the CRM for accuracy, usage, and effectiveness. Create reports for Salespeople/VP of Sales to align with activity metrics and company goals. Monitor pending tasks for timeliness. Report out a "stack ranking" or similar communication to the sales team of various activity and financial metrics on a weekly basis. CRM Sequence Administration: Enroll target contacts into CRM sequence and assign them to the appropriate salesperson. Order follow-up: Follow up on new orders passed to the service team to identify any obstacles early in the relationship with the customer and report back to Sales. Manage Webform Sales Leads: Direct webform sales leads to the appropriate individual based on the lead guidelines provided in a timely manner. Check-Ins: Hold regularly scheduled check-in meetings with the VP of Sales to ensure alignment and priorities. Audits: Conduct audits or spot checks to ensure process excellence across Lingo's sales procedures. Review findings with the VP of Sales. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidate profiles and send short lists to BM's for initial interview/screening. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or related positions. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively manage sales activities, monitor workflows, and generate reports using Hubspot, Zendesk, and other similar systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team, clients, and other internal teams. Ability to generate, analyze, and present sales reports to provide actionable insights. Experience in preparing and distributing contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation. Willingness to take ownership of tasks, learn new skills, and contribute ideas to enhance sales operations. Ability to conduct audits or spot checks to ensure adherence to sales procedures. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, database management, and report generation.
