JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
Handle record-keeping of prospective clients and sales recordsGather leads from event bothings and distribute to the sales team.Review and verify completion of clients' documentary requirements
Contract preparation for shareholder's review and signature
Planning and execution of Sales objective / goals / activities
Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the sales teamPrepare and submit Demographic report to the sales supervisorAssist the Sales Supervisor and Sales & Marketing Manager in all assigned duties to reach the overall goal / objectivePost Sales activities/ share amortization coordinationConduct Monthly Sales forecast and productive marketing plansEstablish monthly sales membership retention planning
Advertising & Public Relations
Ensure that sales kits/ marketing collaterals are always ready and on stock.
