Job Description:
The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and managing staff performance. This role requires
a combination of strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive sales while

• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain operational efficiency by implementing best practices and optimizing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols to protect staff and customers.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure store adherence.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to the Store Manager on store performance.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
• Develop and implement strategies to promote products and increase foot traffic.
• Create promotional materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
