Retail Manager- It Sales

Responsible for driving retail sales achievement for designated area against sales plan.
Create and develop a clear sales and education strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly
goals and effectively cascading this to the field staff.
Ensure field teams are ready to execute any and all campaign promotions, visual
merchandising needs in order to drive sales on ground.
Managing and reproducing stable operations and process among all stores which
include, but are not limited to:
• Sales floor operations
• Cash wrap operations
• Stockroom management
• Staff guidelines

Qualifications:
• Over 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Driven by a strong motivation to achieve targets and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about people development, cost management, and effective leadership
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Willingness to travel throughout the city, including visits to malls
• Willing to travel to North/South Luzon, GMA, and VisMin.
