Restaurant Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop and bistro, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling practices.Monitor sales performance, revenue trends, and expenses to achieve budgetary targets and maximize profitability.Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service, productivity, and professionalism.Schedule and manage employee shifts, breaks, and time-off requests to maintain optimal staffing levels.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support staff development and motivation.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotions, events, and loyalty programs.Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures.Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Conduct regular inspections of the premises, equipment, and facilities to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
