Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:To provide support and assistance to LPC's residential agents for the firm's leasing and sale transactions.Assist in the procurement and generation of leads, clients, and agency appointments.Procure listings from sellers, lessors, and co-brokersManage and utilize market knowledge to prepare property comparablesBe familiar with and assist in obtaining all relevant documentation required for a sale and lease transactionArrange and assist during a property site inspectionCreate marketing and promotion materials for the firm's agency appointments.Coordinate with pertinent government or local government offices to procure necessary property documentation throughout the process of a sale or acquisition transaction.Assist in the preparation of proposal, contracts and other documents for the transaction.To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information.Procure and maintain an updated and detailed database of properties for sale/lease.Procure and maintain a database of relevant contacts and partners within the industry.Prepare a summary of relevant Market Insights for the residential sectorProvide support and research in preparing presentations for marketing and agency pitches.Assist in providing timely and accurate market data to potential and current clients and industry partners.To manage the group's various marketing platformsCreate and post listings in the platformsMaintain a database of ad respondentsAttend to ad respondentsSend monthly updates of the inventory to the broker networkQualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcomePreferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
