The Research Analyst will play a key role in supporting PRIME Philippines' research department. The position involves conducting comprehensive market studies, economic analysis, and property evaluations to provide valuable insights for internal teams and external clients. The Research Analyst will contribute to strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven reports and recommendations on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Responsibilities Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments, development, and leasing.Perform on-site property inspections to assess property conditions, structures, and neighborhood dynamics.Collect, organize, and update market data, including comparable property sales, leasing trends, and relevant economic indicators.Research and analyze economic, demographic, and real estate factors that influence property values, market demand, and investment potential.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on market analysis, presenting key findings and actionable recommendations to management and clients.Assist in the creation of financial models to support property evaluations and feasibility studies.Provide timely and accurate data to support internal teams, including Leasing, Brokerage, Marketing, and Business Development.Respond to internal and external client requests for market data, trends, and insights in a timely and efficient manner.Stay updated on the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that impact the real estate industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance presentations, marketing strategies, and new service offerings based on research findings.Contribute to the creation of real estate publications, statistical reports, and market updates for clients and the broader market.Perform other related tasks as required to support the team and company's goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in market research, real estate analysis, or related fields are welcome to apply.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for data analysis and financial modeling), and other tools for report writing and presentation creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.Knowledge of the Philippine real estate market is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Based in Quezon City or willing to relocate.
