DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Merchandise Planning and SourcingExecutes Assortment Plan (Brand Matrix – outright/concession) by storeManages stock allocation plans by store to ensure support of in-stock position to maximize salesExecute and Monitor Sales PromotionsSpace Management – Planogram by StoreMonitor Supplier PerformanceConducts regular consultation with the suppliers to address concerns on sales performance, deliveries, promotion, etc.Coordinates with Merchandising counterpart regarding merchandise price, promotion and merchandise mix.Conducts Store Visitation/BET, Branch Visit, Stockroom/Warehouse visit to ensure the competitiveness and consistency of merchandise.Coordinates with the Operations group with regards to inventory, display, promotion, price changes, personnel's concerns and other information about customer needs and preferences.Regularly monitors the achievement of service level of vendors.Maintains collaborative partnerships and negotiate effectively with suppliers.Makes follow up of stocks as requisitioned from Warehouse, orders from Suppliers and other store to store transfer.Negotiates to supplier for the store enhancement and development.Seeks suppliers support for any related marketing activities.Collaborates with accounting department for prompt payment of vendor accounts.Analysis/Problem SolvingAnalyzes consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.Regularly reviews vendor and merchandise performance indicators.Reviews, evaluates, recommends and implements sales plans, strategies, policies, systems and procedures related to assigned category for the attainment of goals.Reviews existing merchandise to ensure product remains competitive.Understands customer needs to maximize profits.Communication/CoordinationSeeks merchandise feedback from customers.Administration and ManagementTrains and mentors Specialists, Merchandising.Adopts people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment.OthersMay perform other relevant tasks as may be reasonably required.Must be willing to be assigned in Tabaco City, Albay
