Rent Collector - Immediate Hiring

Fully On-site 8AM-5PM, Monday - Saturday
Project-based: 1-year contract, subject to renewal

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Collect rent payments from assigned tenants.
Ensure accurate documentation and turnover of collections to the office and banks.
Maintain rent collection reports for assigned properties.
Organize and file office records (receipts, reports, contracts).
Manage renewal and issuance of lease contracts.
Report tenant/property issues to the Supervisor.
Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

Salary Package:
P13,000 + Overtime & 13th Month Pay
Premium Pay (holiday/rest day)
Government-mandated benefits
8 paid leave days annually (non-cumulative)
