Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Client Support Manager to join our growing team. ### Responsibilities:
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
2. **Support Team Leadership:**
- Manage and mentor a remote client support team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding support.
- Facilitate training and development sessions to enhance team skills in customer service and technical support.
3. **Strategic Planning:**
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for improving client support services.
- Identify trends and patterns in client feedback and support requests, using this information to enhance service delivery processes.
4. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client support, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and successful initiatives.
5. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities to streamline client support operations and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
6. **Client Onboarding:**
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services offered by Phoenix Petroleum.
- Create and maintain onboarding resources, including documentation and training materials.
7. **Market Analysis:**
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client support and identify opportunities for Phoenix Petroleum to set itself apart from competitors.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and gather feedback to drive product/service improvements.
8. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Foster effective communication among team members and other departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up sessions to understand client expectations and deliverables.
### Requirements:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or customer service management, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
