JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field
· With experience in Court proceedings ( BP22, Small Claims etc. )
· With experience in Lending/ Finance Process
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer literate
· Can work with minimum supervision
· With excellent negotiations skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
I. JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible in monitoring, initiating and implementing strategies to maximize collection and recovery of assets of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) under Remedial.
II. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitoring of filed cases and payment of clients.
2. Handling of accounts for case filing
3. Attends court hearings
Other Responsibilities:
- Prepares request of updated warrant of arrest to branch concerned
- Coordinates with the Legal Counsel re: endorsement of accounts for case filing
- Timely submission of reports
