Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager is expected to originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio
relationships, as well as cross-sell appropriate bank products and services, across target
segments, to contribute to the Bank's objectives in terms of growth, profitability and client
satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in account management
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
• With strategic thinking ability and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active
listening skills
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
