Job Summary
East Lane Corporation is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant/Bidding Specialist to support regulatory compliance and bid submission processes. This role involves managing regulatory documentation, coordinating with relevant agencies, and preparing accurate bid proposals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmacy, is detail-oriented, and has excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation for products to ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for bid submissions.
Analyze and interpret regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to the company's products and services.
Prepare and submit bidding proposals for government and private sector contracts, ensuring all deadlines and documentation requirements are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and bidding processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
Communicate with regulatory agencies and clients to clarify requirements and address inquiries.
Monitor the status of submissions and manage follow-ups as needed.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (licensed or unlicensed candidates are welcome).
1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or bidding is preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, including government and private sector procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management software.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards.
Experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
