Job Overview
The Regulatory Affairs Assistant/Bidding Specialist at East Lane Corporation plays a
vital role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and managing bid proposal
submissions. This position supports regulatory documentation processes, liaises with regulatory
agencies, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate and timely bids.
KeyResponsibilities
? Regulatory Compliance: Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation to
ensure compliance with local and international standards. Monitor and track submission
statuses and update internal teams as necessary.
? Bid Management: Prepare and submit bid proposals, ensuring all documentation
aligns with project requirements and meets deadlines.
? Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of regulatory
submissions, approvals, and correspondence. Regularly update documentation in
compliance with regulatory and company standards.
? Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact with regulatory bodies,
addressing inquiries, providing documentation, and facilitating communication between
regulatory authorities and internal teams.
? Process Improvement: Stay current with regulatory changes and bidding
requirements. Identify areas for improvement in compliance and bidding processes and
recommend solutions.
Qualifications
? MustholdaBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy(licenseoptional).
? 1-2yearsofexperience in regulatory affairs or a similar role preferred.
? Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines and standards.
? Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
