Registed Psychologist

Creates, manages and monitors programs that contribute to overall mental and psychological wellness of the content moderators of the Client. This includes screening tests & evaluations, individual & group counseling and debriefing sessions and relevant People Wellness Training.
•Develops mental health programs and policies (and the like) for the content moderators of the Client.
•Delivers relevant mental health and wellness training programs (and the like) to employees.
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology
Other Requirements: Post-degree clinical practice and professional licensure.Training & Experience:
1.Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional counselor dealing with adults
2.Adept in conducting wellness training programs and workshops
3.Able to lead research especially in developing Corporate mental health programs based on accepted industry standards and practices.
4.Membership in relevant industry Psychology networks or groups
5. Basic understanding of a corporate working environment as well as the stressors and interventions needed for corporate employees.
6. Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City and work in a shifting/rotating schedule (Morning, Mid and Night). Schedule is 8hrs a day, 5x a week.
6. Must be able to start as soon as possible.
