Regional Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build, and maintain relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of ICCT products and market trends.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferredProven experience in sales management within the ICCT industry or a related fieldStrong understanding of ICCT products, technologies, and market dynamicsDemonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersProficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryExperience: 5+ years of sales experience in the ICCT industryLeadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, if applicableLanguage Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the territoryTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICCT products, manufacturing processes, and industry standardsAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making
