Recruitment Officer
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Sourcing Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for maritime (seafarer) and shore-based roles.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, career fairs, and maritime-specific networks.Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future needs.Screening and Selection Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with company requirements.Coordinate and administer technical exams, interviews, and pre-employment assessments.Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including certifications, licenses, and medical examinations.Candidate Engagement Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating updates and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recommendations for candidate selection.Build relationships with maritime academies, training centers, and other talent sources.Compliance and Documentation Ensure adherence to local and international maritime recruitment standards (e.g., POEA, MLC 2006).Manage and maintain accurate candidate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare necessary reports and documentation for internal and external audits.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
