Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate of any business course, preferably with significant background and experience in recruitment and selection gained from an insurance companyHave a positive attitude, enthusiastic and flexibleMust be well versed with MS Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent communication, presentation, and analytical skillsMust be willing to travelTasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the manpower build-up of Fortune Life agency force, focusing mainly on the recruitment of qualified Branch Managers, Agency Managers, Special Accounts Managers, and Insurance Specialists for old and new Visayas and Mindanao branches, including training of these salespeople.
