WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | FlextimeHEAD OFFICE LOCATION: MakatiINDUSTRY: MaritimeSALARY RANGE: ?30,000 - ?40,000*Willing to work for a 6-month Project-BasedResponsible for efficient and effective delivery of recruitment activities within assigned area with the objective of providing qualified personnel for principal requirements.JOB DETAILS:- Must be below 45 years of age- Willing to start ASAP. Preferably Unemployed or Currently handing-over duties/responsibilities to current employer- Preferably from a Maritime Industry- Must have 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Officer, handling Bulk and Tanker Account - With wide network / pool of seafarers- Preferably has an experience in a Maritime Industry- Requires specialized training- Requires experience on recruitment and selection- Requires basic / working functional knowledge of the assigned job- Good communications and management skills- Technology-savvy- Displays high customer service through on-time response to queries
