About You
The perfect candidate will be driven , sales orientated, hungry, energetic, articulate and organised.
You will need to be a motivated ‘high-energy’ person who is ambitious and driven to hit targets and achieve results. This is a fast paced environment so you will need to be switched on and bring your A-Game every day! Resilience is a must as you grow and develop your desk.
Exp/ qualifications in social work / psychology is ideal but not essential.
Proven experience within a fast paced sales environment is highly desirable.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Working alongside a team of seven other dedicated consultants, This role is as a recruitment consultant within our Social Work team. The position is extremely fast paced and involves placing social work candidates into temporary contracts with both government and non-government entities.
The position is a 360 recruitment role, which means no two days will be the same! You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of recruitment from generating a portfolio of candidates, business development activities to enable you to build a portfolio of clients and also placing your candidates into their perfect roles.
The role requires attention to detail with a continual commitment to quality assurance to ensure our service delivery exceeds expectation.
